You wouldn't take yourself and your family out in the woods without checking your supplies and equipment would you?
Maintaining the equipment you have all ready, and making sure everything is working completely and efficiently is part of planning an adventure. You shouldn't take your business into the woods without doing the same. Your computer operating system needs to be updated with all of the latest critical updates and security patches. Virus software should be updated regularly. Temporary files need to be cleaned so hard drives can run efficiently. Poor maintenance results in poor performance.
Tech Guides will:
- Check/Install critical and recommended updates to Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer and Office products.
- Check/Install updated hardware drivers.
- Verify Antivirus software updates.
- Check Outlook and Internet Explorer security settings.
- Check operating system for Spyware.
- Defragment hard drives.
- Remove stored temporary files and internet files, offline web pages and Internet cookies.
- Check for hardware conflicts.
- Clean CD drive and floppy drive.
- Check system startup to determine if unnecessary resources are being used.
- Check hard disk and drive for file system errors and free space.
- Provide a custom report on the results and recommendations for each computer.
You will receive a custom report on the results and recommendations for each computer. If addition services are requires you will be given the option to have us correct them at an addition charge.
Price: $65.00 each desktop computer.

price is reduced to $45 per computer.
